Charges filed against Current CEO Schanzer by Ex COO Nancy Mozzachio

CEO Bruce Schanzer is being accused of sexual harassment and pay discrimination charges by the company’s former Chief Operating Officer Nancy H Mozzachio. The decision whether of these charges is in the hands of a judge in Brooklyn.

Aside from smirking at women at the workplace, CEO Schanzer is also giving out malicious comments according to Nancy Mozzachio. CEO Schanzer also called former COO Nancy “babe” and has made a few side comments about her breasts. Nancy also shared an experience she had with the current CEO Schanzer wherein she was drinking a coffee from Dunkin Donuts where he made a an awful remark about bringing some Double Ds to the workplace. Also, the current CEO Schanzer is said to be giving out uncalled for hugs at work.

Nancy was then fired from the company as COO after the lawsuit has been filed. Nancy’s meeting was canceled and removed from the company.

It was in the year 2015 when an outside investigator decided to open up the case, that’s also the time where Cedar Realty started probing on the said allegations. Nancy claimed that the charges from the female employees of the said company was never investigated. There was even one employee that reportedly went to Wall Street Journal to share her experience about Schanzer asking about the color of her underwear. Most of the people who claimed to be sexually harassed by the CEO has been paid a large amount of money for their silence, to prevent these stories from reaching to the investigators.

Nancy Mozzachio is very well known for her triumphant career with the company. Starting her early years in the company last 2003 and 2004 as the Director for Leasing and Vice President for Leasing up until she has been promoted as Chief Operating Officer in the year 2004. Based on the allegations she has made about pay disparity, she is only receiving a small bonus incentive and a lower salary as Chief Operating Officer rather than the Chief Financial Officer and she expressed how unfair that is on her part knowing she should have the bigger pay. The said company has pleaded no guilty on the charges and after the investigation process made, the charges have not been approved and has been identified as no merit.

But that wouldn’t stop Nancy Mozzachio of fighting for her rights as an employee of the said company. Check it out now! Nancy Mozzachio up to this very day is still doing the best that she can to continue spreading awareness more about this matter to help the female workers have a healthy workplace that is fair and just.
